We have realized that women Leaders must be in a continual process of leadership development to attain their full potential. We provide Experiential Leadership Development Opportunities for women.

We believe that making impact is proof of leadership effectiveness. We are sold out to service and also provide opportunities for women leaders to take action or participate in global development.
CONNECTING WOMEN
One of our most effective tools for women leadership development has been networking. We provide women opportunities to connect, and develop profitable relationships. Our chapters’ support-system-framework has been a potent model for this.
Annual Membership Packages
Individuals between the ages of 18 and 30 are only eligible for the AWLO Youth Membership, and a subsidized membership fees of $50 however, exceptions can be made in special cases.
